Why I created this unique concept


The past few weeks have been a total and new transformation for me because of our Buddy/Group/Personal Training. Through this type of team training I was able to lose weight and get the healthy figure I new I deserved. I am under no illusions that I am some kind of figure model but, I am 26 kgs lighter and it is a work in progress. I no longer have doubts about how I can continue to improve.


I now feel like this is how it was supposed to happen for me…get the ball rolling and seeing results for others, which is why I became a trainer. It has taken me time and perseverance, along with listening and learning to find what you, the team members, clients, customers and now friends, want and need.


You as a group of individuals all at different levels of fitness, age, weight, size and lifestyles are inspirational in your enthusiasm and work ethic. YEY, I found the first group who are focused enthusiastic dedicated and without doubt will get results; and this is where you need to be. With more women like you joining up every week, we will only GET BETTER.


Doing it as a group is all the more fun. Is it challenging? Yes. However, you will develop a competitive spirit, laugh, cry, chat and curse. You will talk a lot, swear a lot, sweat a lot, moan a lot, ache a lot (not forever) Curse me, love me ,hate me. But you do it my way and you will change for life. And this is and will remain Personal Training, Not Boot or Body Camp. Small groups to meet individual needs. It’s tougher than Boot camp in my opinion, But IT WORKS.


You all know where I was 5 years ago.

I was in that hole.

You know the one that tells you
It's too hard
I have not got time
I just have to accept that I am overweight and unfit.
I'll never look like her or her. People will think I am an idiot if I get a personal trainer.
This is what life handed me just accept it.
Too bad if I have to buy all my clothes in Millers
My kids are all beautiful because they have my denims! And I need to look after them now - I had my turn.
God the house would be a wreck if I left it for an hour.
I cant spend money on that I would rather spend the money on a night eating out or get take away, its easier.
My life is busy and hard enough without taking time out to do something that won't work .
I deserve that treat I worked hard all day.
God I wish I wasn't so big.
Keep that camera away from me.
I'll do Jenny Craig again that worked the last 4 times.
I just won't eat that today.

And on and on and on we go.

Well ladies those days are gone because guess what? Life is about to change. Not only will you feel better and look better but you will behave better, because when you love yourself its much easier to love others.


Buying clothes is the biggest buzz when you start dropping sizes. Don't start too early though because they won't fit a month or 2 later.


The food thing, its history. You will want to eat better. You will want to look like the lovely colourful salad, not the hamburger. The slimmer stronger fitter and healthier you are, the less the food issue is. And we will learn about all that along the way.


I listened a lot to my trainer other trainers other women I trained with. We swapped ideas, we dobbed on each other and we confessed to each other. But mostly we encouraged each other. Not sitting in a circle patting each other on the back, but when we were cursing the trainer or trying to get our breath in between step ups or dead lifts.


So here is the plan.


We have already established the first part. We have joined a great group of ladies that is sure to grow as they see you transform your Bods.


I will not beat around the bush with what you need to do. We will be the First and Best women's Fitness squad in the ACT.


First the training Plan. Then the training days and times available. Then the package that comes with the plan. And finally an out line of what we will be doing to burn the cals and sculpt the Butt.
