In August of last year I was feeling very uncomfortable, overweight, lethargic and just sick of myself. I started a low carbohydrate weight loss program with a nutritionist and whilst I had some mild success he then encouraged me to start regular exercise again.


I started personal training sessions with Karen in October then added BodyCamp in November and I haven't looked back. I have made dramatic changes to my body shape and size although how much I have actually lost I couldnt tell you as I am not a believer in weighing myself anymore. Having spent most of my life yoyo dieting I came to the realisation about 5 years ago that I can always tell by my clothes anyway and I threw away my scales.


In August of last year my size 16 clothes were getting very tight! I can now comfortably wear some size 12's and 14's are quite loose. I dont need to weigh myself the truth is in the clothes I can now wear.


The best part of all this is my feeling of well being. I havent felt better in years and love my PT sessions!! Cant say I love the early mornings required for BodyCamp as I am not a morning person but I love the feeling I have afterwards so it is worth it.


Glenn and Karen's constant encouragement and little bits of interesting information have been great. I am always learning something new and cant thank them enough for helping me to get where I am now.
