At Rush Fit we encourage three dimensional movements. This is the world in which we live.


Most exercise regimes concentrate on training muscle…at Rush Fit we focus on teaching movement.


The movement protocols at Rush Fit deliver far greater rates of health and fitness benefits than conventional exercise methods.


Utilizing ground based exercises, where clients are instructed to lift, press & row their way to new found vigor, health and confidence.


Our Studio facility is private and set up for those who like to be challenged.


For those who require guidance & motivation we also supply a healthy dose of "tuff luv", without all the yelling and hoopla associated with over zealous, well meaning, but naïve gym trainers.
