| 4 or 5 Buddies | $20.00 per person |

One-on-one sessions $55.00 per session, some other time slots available.
Mobile one-on-one sessions $70.00 per session.
Lunch Time Squad $15.00 per session, or $150.00 per month.
All sessions paid weekly in advance, or discounts for one-on-one available for 6, 12 or 24 packs paid in advance.
Full personalised nutrition plan and monthly weigh ins included to all members at no extra cost.
