is key.
Most people know what they should be eating in theory but find it very hard to do in practise. Rush fit's personalised nutrition program takes your lifestyle and food preferences into account, and teaches you how to eat in a healthy, balanced way for life.
As part of any personal training package, you receive a 30 minute nutrition consultation, a one week food diary, and follow up visit from which will be created your personal nutrition plan.
