At Rush fit, we have a range of group training classes to help your reach
your fitness goals.
Our hugely popular BodyCamp classes combine cardio, weight work and drills for an energetic workout. If you can't make the early morning, or evening classes, think about our Lunchtime Power Hour, and if the week is too busy, there is always the Saturday Circuit.
