BUDDY TRAINING
Buddy Training is usually 2 or 3 buddies training at the same time.
These sessions may be slightly less intensive than 1:1 training but they offer a cost effective option for clients who wish to train with a friend or who would like to increase the frequency of their training sessions.
Buddy Training can also help to generate that competitive spirit which fuels motivation.
It is an ideal introduction for those who are new to exercise and require a little support from a friend or buddy to get them started.
Buddy Training is aimed at "Buddies" with similar level of fitness and goals.
