Karen Elliott, founder of Rush Fit, is a dynamo whose searing intensity, boundless energy and "up 'n at 'em" attitude puts the rush in Rush Fit. She utilizes those qualities to help people make themselves better. A mother of four girls with a hectic social life Karen has faced the demons every woman confronts in the expectation of an ideal body type. Through her experience with numerous exercise protocols and nutrition strategies Karen galvanizes an aggressive approach to encourage women and men to attain a stronger, leaner, more powerful body.


Karen is a certified personal trainer sanctioned by Fitness Australia as well as a certified Master Trainer with Australian Institute of Fitness, as well as a Certified Australian Kettlebell instructor.


Karen's professional accreditations include:


Certified Master Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Certified Gym Instructor, Certified Punch Fit Instructor and Certified Australian Kettlebell Instructor.
